The only comment I would make is that the engineering department was very inexperienced and it took a lot of management time on our end to get an acceptable set of drawings to submit. Industrial really needs to step up this part of their process in order for them to be user friendly. I would hesitate using Industrial if I know that I would have to go throught the same process that I experienced on 601 Mass. Ave. You need to get this fixed.
